The only thing i can think of is the pirate sites placing links to IMDB for info on a movie. If a ton of people are clicking the link to IMDB from Moviepiratesrus.com, then the movie industry can start building a case against individuals.

Just another way for the multi-millionaires to screw the little guy.

there is NO difference....just someone being sensitive because of the hobby he engages in. almost all sites gather this information....and use it. get over it.
