First film to use the "F" word?
The first time I heard this verb/noun/adjective uttered was in SHAMPOO, though I know its not the first time it was used in a movie.

Does anybody know when the "F" word made its way into legitimate cinema (not counting porno)?

According to the Wikipedia article on the word itself, M*A*S*H (1970) was one of the first mainstream Hollywood films to use it.

A couple of movies released in 1967 Ulysses & I'll Never Forget What's 'Isname are considered to be among the first mainstream films to use the word.
