Just saw it the other day and indeed it's a stupid movie.
I read the book about 30 years ago (have a special edition signed by Richard Matheson) and the final sentence, I Am Legend, is fantastic in the context of the book. If you want to enjoy and forget the butchery Hollywood does with all good books, go read it. You will not feel disappointed.  |

this felt like a made for tv movie the effects were tv quality at best, and the best character the dog, dies

Sadly I found the old Vincent Price last man on Earth more interesting, and just for the record it's not
hard to find online with just a little searching to watch the whole film streaming or download as
it's officially in THE PUBLIC DOMAIN. Interestingly the creatures are very zombie - like several years
before the first ROMERO Zombie flick, hmmmmmmmmmmm..................
