Q&A: What Settings For Saving A jpeg Or jpg?

Whats best, baseline optimized or progressive on PS? What about quality. I read somewhere that 12 isnt needed, 11 was enough. True or not?

True. 12 just adds a bunch of adobe stuff that's extra info that you don't need, basically. 11 looks just as good.

Baseline Optimized is fine...progressive is for slooooooow users on old sloooooow modems, where a progression of the image would be displayed as it is being served to the client computer
