Seems like Fox are taking Serenity 2 straight to TV on SciFi Channel. That's good news to me; I cried when Wash got it!

I picked up Firefly about a year after cancellation - i was gutted i hadn't taken the time to watch such an involving and innovative show from the beginning, and i was furious such creative viewing had been cancelled by closed minded network execs. 2 years later and the film comes along... imwasnt disappointed, it was a brilliant story, letting us see some backstory, resolution, changes and tragedy. Here's hoping the DVD sales are enough to persuade Univarsal to fund the sequel.
