Rest Stop 2: Don't Look Back

Well I just watched this and i thought it was pretty good, but it was confusing as hell. If anyone else has seen it, please explain the ending to me. I mean i think i know but im not for sure.

But i do think it was a good movie, and recommend it for purchase/rent/ download, or what ever you do to watch movies.
