| Hi i just paid for a renewal on Jan 12 and now i cannot download anything?

I just got charged $16.00 and I now have 150 Credits,and I canceled my account over the summer. and You just charge my paypal account yesterday (not even 24 hours ago) .I checked to see if my account was re-activated and it is telling me that I do not have enough credits.What in the hell did you charge me $16.00 for ?I did not want to renew my account, Like I said I canceled my account ,& and I want my money from yesterdays transaction put back into my account.

Eblamonte326 | Subscriptions are "recurring" - we don't "charge your account" - Paypal holds all subscription information. If you cancel with paypal, they don't send us a renewal notice. I was unable to find a cancellation notice from paypal.
Congratulations on being a rude douche in your post though. It's really making me want to go out of my way to research your problem. Contact paypal if you have problems with billing please. We have no access to "charge" you anything, only Paypal that you authorize. | |
