First of a few new styles being released...
Hey all-

Here's the first of many that will be available to subscription members, designers, etc.

If you can't view it, sorry but your group doesn't allow it currently. You'll have to stick with the dark style.

For those of you that does work for, you can swap it at the bottom of each style in the quick style chooser... or in your profile. Keep in mind when you are logged out, you'll be defaulted to the dark style.

We're rotating the banner/style in and out automatically. Currently we have two in the mix, demon made one and I made one. mine is obviously lesser lol.

If anyone is interested in making a banner for the top of the new style, please let me know and I'll send you the psd.

There are two additional styles that will be released, zantasha and demon are working on them.

themes:

Batman (dark knight series)
underworld/vampires
cartoon disney
cartoon pixar
action movies
drama movies
comedy movies
superhero movies

no title treatment needed, but feel free to add "R1DB.com" if you can fit it in

If you want your header in the rotation, pm me and I'll get you the PSD. --perhaps even a prize for the bestest.

I think the new style is great, but I'm running at 1920x 1200 and the new design doesn't maximize my screen real estate.

well, technically the previews for the movies are only at 600ish max width... and while, yes lots of people have humongous resolution these days, there are still some that do not. Mine is fairly gigantic, but I tend to keep my browser in a corner. go to espn and see how much they use. Websites like to control how their shizzle is displayed.

All styles forthcoming and all eventual styles will likely be fixed--in the 1024 width range.
