I've added a section under Movies (DVD) for Anime. We'll do our best to sort through and start adding whats in custom and scan there--but it will take some time. All Anime going forward will be released to that category.

We're still having an internal debate about labels.

Do people really need PC game covers?

Im sure Darth would be more than happy to go through all of the gazillion covers and move the anime ones to the new section. He's easy like that.

moved a couple of scans and converts to the anime section. will customs and scan be in the same section or will there be two separate? cause i have a lot covers of Manga, Miyazaki which i'll upload later.

i think we'll just do one section for all of anime. while it's nice to celebrate the difference and time spent on customs, i just dont think there will be enough to warrant it.

no, they don't get deleted, but they do get a lock slapped on them real quick by certain mods if they don't like where they're headed.....

i for one think that having a label section would be a good addition to the site. not just in the aspect of having more content but also drawing a more constant member base. by constant i mean a one stop shop so to say.
some will put forth the argument that the availability of labels promote/condone piracy, perhaps some people do use the labels for their own personal gain. i say that is the minority of the users.
i just purchased a printer that will print onto the discs. so i have to go to another site to get a label i want to use. if they were available here why would i go elsewhere? why would a lot of the current member base that use labels go elsewhere? labels used = credits used...

I'm actually leaning toward that same opinion rick... Seems to me, the same principle applies to backup dvd/covers - you are entitled to back it up, so if you want a label for it... so be it. Maybe some are bootlegging for their own use--I'm sure that's in the majority, but the option should remain for those who aren't or the possibility for those that aren't.

PC game covers are unneeded..

Labels might make the site more attractive especially for the ex-gen members. What about only custom labels? No use having scanned labels that has text only. I dunno..

What will be considered as Anime? Just Japanese animation/cartoons? Stuff like Aladdin isn't anime right
