| Region 1 covers only please Seems we have a few of the members who want to upload Region 2,3 and 4 covers on the site, the site title should say it all, R1DB [Region 1 Data Base]. Its plain and simple we accept Region 1 covers only at R1DB.

| I posted "All region" covers Does the cover have to have specifically region 1 symbol or is the "All region" symbol ok ?
What else besides the region symbol does a region 1 cover need ?
Hope you can help me

| All Region is fine as long as you use the correct rating logo's for region 1 , no region 2, 3, 4 rating logo's.

| I noticed lots of covers in the music section do not have either a region symbol or a rating. "Snakes and Arrows" , "The Who - Tommy and Quadrophenia Live", "Erasure Live At Royal Albert Hall" , "Pearl Jam single video theory" and many more. Is it ok to upload covers like these without region or rating ? Sorry to be asking so many questions |

| Since most DVD music does not have region codes or ratings you can post them, movie DVD covers are different though, they will require region 1 logos to be posted on the site. |

| Once again we have new members who do not understand the title of the site: R1DB ( Region 1 Data Base), hence we only accept REGION 1 DVD Covers and labels, not region 2, 3 or 4. As stated earlier in this posting all covers or labels not set for Region One or ALL will deleted from the files for uploading to the site. |

| the whole "r1" thing came from the basic idea that having a giant yellow triangle all over the place is not attractive (see r2 ratings/warnings).
Provided the cover is english, and the logos are nice looking, it can be a different region--"all" is fine. We just want to make sure the language is appropriate to the cover, if it's custom, odds are the creator did not add some of the uglier ratings/warnings anyway
hope that helps |

| Over that last few days I have had to delete several covers as they were in a language other than ENGLISH, plus the video format was PAL, hence the prior postings, all we ask is that if you want to post your covers and labels here convert them with region 1 symbols and make sure they are in English format. We do except covers/labels from our French speaking Canadians since the covers do come with both languages. |

| Hailstorm, I'de like to say sorry for posting so many labels without realizing what Region 1 actually was (I figured that it ment it had to just be in english). You had told me to go the the "Logo" section of the website and I would find Region 1 there. I downloaded one the the files that said "All Region One" and It was a funky file that I couldn't open. I've searched google over and over again and am still not clear on what symbols indicate Region 1. Are "all" the images posted under the logo section indicaters for Region 1? P.s. I only had one credit, so I can't download any of the other logos to possably get a list of the correct logo's to look for |
