Have credits, but can't download covers?!?!
My subscription was recently renewed (though it took a few attempts through paypal, had to update my card details) and it says I have 600 credits in my profile, but everytime I try to download something it says I don't have enough credits???

you have 599.540000000001 credits, all earned with a subscription. You need an active subscription in order to use subscription credits. Any subscription will do. We changed that bout 2 years ago when we started allowing subscriptions sorry for the confusion.

Doesn't the $16 I paid on the 30th January via paypal to payments@r1db.com mean I have an active subscription???

Could it be that paypal failed the payment twice before that? I forgot to update my card details, so the rejected the payment, but I sorted that and the payments gone through now...

Let me know if I'm missing something here, would just like to download some covers please...

you got the credits you have through a subscription, you need an active subscription to use them
