i would like to ask a question i want to become a full member but normally i wouldnt pay for covers could i cotribute covers instead i would normally scan covers i make the odd one i norally put my covers on customcovers, uncovered, covernet and hires covers i have a lot of dvds so there wont be a problem for me to scan them.

Hey tyson.

When I joined this place back in the day I had to do it like this... Post 10 or more things to the open forums and get a feel for the site then you come out of "restricted" status. After you got a feel for the site you can start to upload covers and collect credit for them as users download them, and in return you can use your accumulated credit to bye covers downloads.
I believe it is 1 credit per cover you download from the site.
