I got my first credit and decided to download the cover of the film 'Frivolous Lola'. The download finished suddenly when it was at about 40% and left me with an incomplete image. I tried to redownload it (Rick said that this doesn't cost another credit) but I got the message that I have no credit and couldn't.
Please I want to have the complete image. What do we have to do now? Thanks.

Hi boys, I don't know if you did something but I succeeded in redownloading 'Frivolous Lola'. So this little problem of mine is over...

Now there is another thing I would like to comment. I have counted the downloads of my covers and there have been 11 downloads. This is 11x0.3= 3.3 credits. I have downloaded 3 covers, that 'Frivolous Lola' and afterwards two more different covers. My credit now should be 0, but it shows -1. So now I have minus one credits!!

What is this now? Am I a magnet for strange things? Can't see statistics of covers, 4 billion messages published according to my profile, credit of minus one when it should be zero... Is there a way to see what happens?

Some downloads may have been done by staff, so they could look at the full size images, before they were posted, or someone else may have had a download problem like you had and had to re-download a cover, you don't get credit for re-downloads to same user or by staff, but the counters will still get updated.

I'm guessing the .3 credit you have left maybe causing the counter to show -1, as it cant show anything except whole numbers.
