| 20 or so labels uploaded last week still not up? Wondering how come the 20 plus scanned labels I uploaded have still not been put up, it's been nearly a week, was there a problem? Thanks! |

| I can't say if there was a problem or not as I did not see them, but I can tell you they are not in the Approval Queue, it's empty as I was just there.

| I deleted them because of poor quality, all the labels were cut off at the edges. |

| Cut off on the edges? Is this something your site is doing? All my labels are exact to the edge of the label, look at the ones I have uploaded already. Are you talking about cutting off the disk part, that is on purpose, you don't print the edge of the disk. And all my labels are top quality 1500x1500, 300 dpi! |

| I'm going to add that, it took a good 20 minutes to sit there and fill out all the information on each label, all 20 o so of them. By not looking closer and just deleting them, my time was essentially wasted. This has made me consider if I'm going to even contribute to the site any further. I'm very displeased! |

| All my labels were just like this one: Santa Baby 2: Christmas Maybe - DVD Cover Art
So why were all of mine removed?
You say my scans were poor yet this: I Love You Phillip Morris - DVD Cover Art
Which has initials written on it, or this: The List - La Liste - DVD Cover Art
Silver disc, really? Or the several others with poor coloring and riddled with moire patters!
It's no wonder I can't find most of the labels I'm looking for, because some over zealous mod got a wild hair up their ass and starts deleting for no reason. Why would they delete that in which was approved by other mods? |

| As your example shows, the four edges of the label have been cropped, you need to make sure that the entire label is showing, since not all label printing programs work the same, it is allot easier to adjust the label if everything is showing than to try and use one that has the edges missing. As for some wild hair up their ass, I was the one who approved your first up loads, then I noticed the error so I removed them from the site. Sorry you feel inconvenienced, but I have to ensure that we provide a quality product, and the rules require a complete image for a label. As for the writing on the labels you show for example, the writing is a watermark which does not show up when the image is downloaded. |

| Okay, I can fix the access and try again so it works with all label programs. I just wish I would have been informed of the issue before wasting an hour or so uploading all the labels I did (including the original batch). As for the water mark on the disk listed above, I'm not talking about the site watermark, look closely at the left of the desk there is a penciled in JR. Anyway thanks for the response, I'll give the site one more go! |

| I looked at the letters you are talking about on the Phillip Morris label, it looks like a ghost image from when it was scanned, will contact Black to check his scan and then re-post it. |
