Downloads say "interrupted" in Google chrome

When downloading a full version of a label in Google Chrome v12.0.742.68 beta-m the download gets to the end and then says interrupted. I'm still charged a credit but the label doesn't download completely. I'm not sure if the bug exists in other versions of Google chrome, but the error doesn't happen in this version on other websites. My temp fix for this is to use the IE Tab extension which allows me to view the site in an IE window through Chrome, but thought I would bring this error to your attention.

You should be able to re-download the same cover without being charged again, as for the why, that's unknown at this point.

glad to know I'm not the only one who is experiences this same thing. At first I thought someone hacked the site and put a virus behind the pics. But I was able to download the cover using the explorer browser. Chrome was working fine for me until a few days ago.

I'll look into it today guys, we beefed up security a bit -- so its likely something there.

i tested with safari--and we dont show any issues there...

Download Interrupted? - I was recently downloading a file and it stopped, showing 'interrupted' in the download box. - Google Chrome Help

I have the same problem in chrome, but not sure if its us or the browser. I'll try in ie8/ie9 and see what I get there.

ISP's are a factor too, I get connection resets (or timeouts) at my GF's and at my Sister's on DSL, each one has a different carrier, but I never have problems at home on Cable yet my Brother has no issues with DSL course he has a different carrier from the other two. We all use same browsers, same versions, I've tried several browsers and for me it seems to be more about the ISP than the browser although they can be a factor as well, I know many ISP's have installed continuous transfer monitors on the server side, in attempts to slow down file sharing on their networks, one example is Windstream DSL, they will interrupt any continuous transfer over 6meg with a reset and if you can't resume, the client will just try and start over, which leads to a loop that can't ever finish.

I have also found that some routers don't behave well with some software on transfers in or out. I use Netgear and it seems to behave with most everything but I have had a lot of issues with Linksys in the past, which cased me to look in the wrong places thinking it was a software issue when in fact it was a compatibility issue.

None of this may apply to you, I'm just throwing some things out there that I have experienced, in case you haven't eliminated all possibilities, to give you some ideas on things that bear checking out as well

This should be fixed--go ahead and test it out now. This was a recent change in chrome, as mentioned in the link above. the download script had to be changed a bit to allow things to work properly.
