Last House on the Left and I Dance on Your Grave. Both cheesy but messed up.

Dont think anyone has said this one, but "Happiness" was very disturbing to me. Even though I generally like other movies in its genre.

The first one that comes to mind is 8mm. I gotta check out Irréversible.

I dont get into watching movies that even have a remote possibility of gratuitous gore or anything like that, so my disturbed films are a bit more tame....

In no particular order,
Se7en
Session 9
Fight Club
Requiem for a Dream

and then of course, any Austin Powers flick - that shit is just wrong and stupid - get it off my shelf!!!

Definitely have to agree with Salo - The 120 Days of Sodom.

Also several films by Stan Brackhage (one was a birthing film and the other was in a morgue)
Storytelling was also kind of disturbing.

When I see a really disturbing film, my first thoughts are usually:

"How does something like this get funding and/or distribution?"
or
"Who thought that this film really need to be made?"
