I saw two of the Guinea Pig films from Japan, and man those were pretty disturbing, also a french film called "À ma soeur!" (Fat Girl in english). I have seen many pretty sick films but any film by Catherine Breillat might make you toss.

I've seen Cannibal Holocaust..........it's messed up....they actually show a dude's wanker getting chopped off.

I also was taken to a porno/horror flick by one of my ex-gf. A woman gets raped in the first minutes. After that, she has sex with men that look like her rapists and cuts their penis off just before the blow a load. All they show is blood and the load squirting out of a stump. She then carries dude's penis in her vagina until she found a new guy. Movie ends with one guy getting chased into her basement where she has over 100 jars of penises. My girlfriend at the time said that that was what she was going to do to me if she caught me cheating. Of course, I broke up with her the next day. Forgot the name of the movie half way through.

Most disturbing=Faces of Death. Can't remember which one, but it showed a woman getting hit by a train and a foreign student getting shot in the chest with a shotgun. Very disturbing.

I saw that woman getting hit by he train, still have trouble sleeping from that one
