How Much Storage Do You Have?

I know, I know! this is probably a vain attempt to get some posts credit but here goes anyway.

How much hard drive space have you got and how much is enough? Iv'e got:
A 80gb HD which i just keep my os on
A 160 which is partitioned into 2, half i use for downloads which i leave on there till i'm sure they are ok, half which is filled with film images.
A 200gb which is where I keep all my stuff, game images, pics, all my covers, apps, saved games. basically all the things i want to keep
And finally my new 250gb which is dedicated to my mp3 collection, got it filled to about 100gb at the mo all of which i legally own of course!

So how bigs yours??

I currently have:

2 200gb maxtor diamond max
1 250gb seagate
1 250gb lacie external drive

I also have 2 more 200gb diamonmax drives that have crached for me the last 1.5 years. I can tell you that it hurts in your heart when you lose 400gb of data in under 2 years

Always backup your valuable data to external drive. I use seagate 300 Gb external drive using Icronis True Image 8.0 as back up only. Mine is HD1,120 GB WD partitioned into three drives and HD2 is 200GB Seagate used for MP3 & video only.

I run 2 x 160gb SATA's and have a 200gb External drive for backups. I also put together a USB powered 60gb 2.5" drive for carrying around. It's the best thing ever. I found USB drives too small in capacity and for the price and size you cant beat it.. Bought the empty case on Ebay for under $10 and threw in a notebook hard drive..

wow...some of you have crazy storage. i am only running dual 250gb sata drives. 1 as my program and working directory and the other for storage, but it is no where near full. i have just short of 90 gb of mp3s and i have maybe 10 gb for other storage...downloaded stuff, projects, porn, etc. i don't back up movies or anything like that so i know i don't need what i have...it was just a good deal when i got them.

The reason that I have/had so much storage is that I store alot of High Definition movies on them. And a ordinary movie is about 14-20Gb. I really would like a way to back my stuff up, but I don't know how to back up 500-600Gb in a cost efficant way. I have thought of getting up a raid configuration. But everything cost so much

I've got a couple of systems in my house but my storage beast is my HTPC. I store alot of my DVD's and CD's on the PC and use it as a media centre for the house.
x2 300gig Maxtor Diamondmax SATA drives
X4 250gig WestDig ATA drives (Raid)
X2 500gig LaCie USB drives

I'm lookin at gettin a LaCie Big Disc Extreme soon too (1200 gig muhahaha)
