Wink

I personally would pick Lord Of The Rings, but Star Wars would be a very.very close second.

Alien Quadrilogy has to be the most extensive so far, you get the original + remastered + loadsa special feature discs, I'd say I have had time to watch about half of it, it that lol. Other sets that I like are the Akira Box set which includes the original and remastered with features (not as extensive as Aliens but its still cool) I have the Nightmare on Elm Street set too which is a nice set with nice artwork and nice user friendly menus and what not

Most films though I bought in single releases rather than trilogy boxsets or what not when they were originally released so I dont have loadsa box sets, the main box sets I have are TV series like Robocop, Knight Rider and Star Trek the Next Generation
