i realy like the front, i would not put to much more on the front if i was you.
for the spine try and find the new dvd logo with video under the disc, and maybe just have the house writing down the spine with a season number.
For the back maybe, the shot of house walking with his team (the one that ends the opening credits) and jujst some season info.
